Greg's mastery of the craft is well documented when he recently completed this full enclosure for Mr. Cannon. Utilizing semi-rigid Polycarbonate windows in the front panels of the dodger, and Strataglass flexible clear window vinyl in the rest of the enclosure, ensures high-visiblilty and maximum utility in all weather. Finished with Sunbrella Marine Fabric, YKK zippers, stainless steel frame and hardware, and Solarfix PTFE Thread, this enclosure will last and fit properly for years to come.
This beautifully restored and outfitted Ericson owned by Craig & Patti Cordon of Rose City Yacht Club has been many years in the making. The project has evolved in design over time, but the final outcome is amazing. Utilizing a folding stainless steel frame, semi-rigid .060 polycarbonate windshield, PTFE thread and Sunbrella®, the dodger compliments the look of their sailboat well. We also designed a dual use boom tent that can function as a shade on sunny days, and a cover for the bright work the rest of the year. Many thanks to the Cordons for entrusting us with their project. Note: Sailcover in pictures was fabricated by Banks Sails.
Our latest project on this beautiful Formula featured Black Sunbrella, YKK UV resistant zippers, Solarfix PTFE Lifetime thread, and rigid .060 Polycarbonate front windows(scratch and uv resistant). The side and aft windows featured Strataglass flexible clear vinyl windows, and ventilation u-zippers.
Nicolas Gros of La Fabrique Studios was commissioned by Travel Portland to make the amazing Portland Cuckoo Clock that has been traveling around the northwest. Nicolas contacted us to construct an awning to cover the stage area of the cuckoo clock. Using stainless steel and Sunbrella fabric, a unique awning that was easily removable when not needed was fabricated, along with clear vinyl side windows.
